What is NFT?

A non-fungible token (full name: Non-Fungible Token, abbreviation: NFT) is a data unit stored on the blockchain (digital ledger), which can represent unique digital assets such as artworks.

Each token can represent a unique digital profile that acts as an electronic certification or certificate of ownership of virtual goods. Due to their non-fungible nature, non-fungible tokens can represent digital assets such as paintings, artworks, sounds, videos, items in games, or other forms of creative work.

While the works themselves are infinitely replicable, the tokens that represent them are fully traceable on their underlying blockchain, providing buyers with proof of ownership. But when creators sell non-fungible tokens representing that work, they can still retain the copyright of the work and create more non-fungible tokens of the same work.

Cryptocurrencies such as ethereum have their own set of token standards to define the use of NFTs.

Bitcoin Star Wars Officer NFT will be created and issued on the BSC chain and will adopt the ERC721 token standard. By transforming the important role in the game, the officer, into NFT, the player's ownership of important game assets is proved, and the player's interests are fully guaranteed.
